The Greentown Community Choir
leads
the congregation in worship at the 2006 GMA Good Friday service in the
Eastern Howard Performing Arts Center.
About the GCC
The Greentown
Community Choir was
established in January of 2003 by the Greentown Ministerial Association. The choir consists of folks from many of the
churches in the Greentown area as well as from the surrounding 4-county
area. The GCC performs twice each
year. The first performance of each year
is at the annual Community Good Friday Service in Greentown, IN. The second performance is at the service that
opens the annual Howard
County 4-H Fair,
also in
Greentown. During those times, the choir
rehearses on a weekly basis. To date,
over 200 different individuals from more than 25 churches have
participated in
the Greentown Community Choir and our hope is that the choir will
continue to
grow and bring people together for the cause of Christ in our area. For more information, please email the
